| Our IR information, following OSE's regulations
of timely disclosure, comes from the TSE's "Timely
Disclosure Information System" (TDnet) and is then
distributed to the press. This information is shown
on our website in real time. |
| The Company website contains information regarding
the company's future plans and prospects. The contained
information is based on certain facts the company assesses
up to date. Actual business results may vary due to
various factors including environmental changes.Therefore,
I ask on examining our achievements, a corporate value
so that it is not depended on these information overall. |
In order to prevent account settlement information
leaks and to ensure fairness, the Company imposes a
"quiet period" from the day following closure
of accounts to the date of earnings announcement. The
Company will not respond to questions about accounts
or issue comments regarding its accounts during this
period.
However, if performance forecasts are expected to significantly
differ during this quiet period, the Company shall provide
